Term Paper: Jean Piaget - Child Development

This is a term study on child exploitation by Jean Piaget. His look into tries to communicate whether the spatial magnate is colligate to shooting thence to perceptual ability, whether children with low optical perceptual skill so-and-so read satisfactorily.\n\n\nHis research tries to ask whether the spatial ability is related to reading then to perceptual ability, whether children with low visual perceptual skill can read satisfactorily, to highlight whether perceptual abilities or visual-spatial abilities contribute to a greater extent. The results show that hit 2 children with good perceptual and spatial skills do violate than other children, but the results likewise show that visual-spatial skills are to a greater extent than associated with reading skills then perceptual skills. Thus according to the author, the perceptual skills should not be emphasized and in the case of children with learnedness disabilities, to a greater extent emphasis should be put on the vi sual-spatial skills.\n\nThe starting time article, (Wachs, 1981) is more of a check of the ideas and the philosophy of Piaget, with reference to education. kind of of evaluating Piagets theory, the author simply presents it and then in the conclusion gives a sketchy idea of a research conducted by himself. I my view he should cod given a more detailed version of what methodology was employed and how successful it was, to reduplicate the points make by Piaget.\n\nKershener (1975) on the other hand believes that the faith on perceptual abilities is overrated and it should be de-emphasized in teaching, and that visual-spatial abilities are more important at concrete operational stage. The research he has conducted and his hypothesis are too more and diverse, he should kind of have concentrated on one topic instead of asking so many questions, as he himself admits that this is however a beginning.\n\nHowever what is set down from the two works is that perceptual skills and t eachings is important but more at earlier st! age, or in the pre operational stage, when the perceptual skills are mostly required.\n\n favorable order custom made Essays, Term Papers, Research Papers, Thesis, Dissertation, Assignment, parole Reports, Reviews, Presentations, Projects, Case Studies, Coursework, Homework, Creative Writing, little Thinking, on the topic by clicking on the order page.
