Workplace Scenario
In Phase 1 Individual project, we are asked to play a role of an employee at an fundamental law. I (the employee) have worked at this organization for over 10 years without a promotion or raise for in over 5 years. I head work home with me and work long days to occlusion caught up. My supervisor, who despises me because of the way he treats me and will not authorize whatever promotion or raise, whereas other departments do. This same supervisor climbs the stairs every day in front of my cubicle, where I observe a portion of the staircase is rotting away. I wear outt report this to maintenance because of not particularly longing my supervisor. My supervisor has been with the company for 30 years and can have a go at it at any time, at which time you will be up for a promotion for the arrangement he holds. This position comes with a substantial raise. During the time in which the rotting staircase was not reported, my supervisor falls down the stairs and injures his back, which in turn forces him to retire. Thats puts me in the position with the raise that I have been waiting for.

Ethical Violations
As I read through the scenario, it was introduce that the rotting stairs should have been reported regardless of how I felt about my supervisor. This is a personal moral issue. I call it listening to your gut instinct. Because of what I have taught through-out my demeanor-time, it is an unbidden response to not intentional put someone life in harms way, as well as not making good rational decisions out of anger. My choice to not report the rotting stairs caused a health issue for someone that I did not like because of him not giving me what I thought I deserved.
