Death is Necessary
The fall in States is the yet Western, industrialized nation still executing criminal offenders (Boys, 2010, p. 107). The United States uses the Death Penalty as a form of penalization for the most heinous crimes. Author Stephanie Boys is against the Death Penalty. In her clause she argues that the Death Penalty is Unconstitutional. The wipeout penalty is a unavoidable tool for the United States as it helps reduce the extreme crimes that argon arising today.
The Death penalty has many opponents. Stephanie Boys is just one in thousands. In her article The Death Penalty: An Unusual punishment America is Inflicting Upon Itself she argues that the death penalty is unconstitutional because it is cruel and crotchety punishment. She quotes the Constitution of the United States and argues that the Death Penalty goes against the 8th amendment. Boys argues that the death penalty today is still cruel and unusual punishment, tho; the death penalty has evolved over the years.

Today the United States carries out the Death Penalty by lethal injection. Lethal injection causes the convicted to fall asleep as if with anesthesia. Stephanie Boys also argues that the act of putting someone to death is substantial on the death line staff and the families of the convicted. The death penalty is necessary in todays world as prisons are becoming overcrowded and the cost of keeping death row inmates in prison for life is a huge meat on the economy.
