1.1 Background
The purpose of this report is to squargon off out what is the World Trade Organization. This report looks at what are the WTO and its history. It also explains how WTO has carried out one of its major task, which is “Anti-Dumping stipulation”. The regularity used to gather information is from secondary sources, which are online articles.

The key to silver flow of trade in goods are binding tariffs and applying them equally to all trading partners. WTO has incorporaten actions against dumping, which is the selling of goods or operate at an un fair low damage. It is said that the dumping of products occurs when a company exports a product at a price lower than the price it normally charges on its own stead market.



Opinions differ whether this is unfair competition but many governments take action against dumping in order to defend their national industries. Agreement of the WTO does not pass judgement. But its focus is on how governments can or cannot react to dumping – it disciplines anti-dumping actions, and it is often called “Anti-Dumping Agreement” (Anti Dumping Actions 2009).

Based on my opinion, WTO is a precise good organization to help trading runs smoothly and fairly among nations.
