Men, women, and children were interpreted from their subvert and herded to makeshift forts with very little food and warm clothes. They were simple(a) of everything they owned and stood for. They couldnt do anything active it for fear of being killed.
I believe that what happened in the 1830s was evil. The Cherokee lived in those lands completely their lives, parents, grandparents, children, and infants all were treated with the same amount of cruelty. None of the Americans seemed to care that they were cleanup thousands of passel. Many of the elderly died from illness or hypothermia.
I searched for stories about people that where unfortunate enough to endure that pain and sorrow. matchless man told the story of his great-great-grand set out when he was a boy. He was snap from his home and was lead to the stockade where both his mother and his father died from illness.
