In Shakespeares Romeo and Juliet, Romeos impulsive demeanour and inconsideration of consequences sends him in a spiral downfall, last macrocosm the cause of his ultimate death. Even though Romeo occasionally attempts to do whats right, his inability to think actions through and his impulsive sort leads to his and many others demise.
In the opening scenes of the play, Romeos rejected soreness and ambiguous mind leaves him weak, and ultimately causes him to search for a young lover to fix his wounded heart. Feeling heartbreak for Romeo, Benvolio advices Romeo to look for a new beauty who will cumber his mind off of Rosaline. Closely after, following Benvolios advice, Romeo tricks the servant into thinking he is not of the house of Montagues (I,iii,ll.78). His absence of religion of attending the enemies party is the initiating incident of finding his star cover lover, Juliet, which will influence his existence in the play. 108). His hunger for love puts hime one step closer to his and others death. Romeo creates a domino-like effect by choosing to go to the enemies party that will eventually end in the tragic death of many.
Romeos long for love makes him think irrationally and cause him to make intoxicating decisions which leads to his downfall. Love struck, Romeo goes to Juliet after the party even though if [the Capulets] see [him], they will kill [him] ( ).
