Executive Summary
The assume of this report is to investigate the problem of low motivation of employees in their working environment. In the report we are footraceing the assumption of the effect of adopting an appraisal system on motivating employees and and so reaching high performance levels.
A questionnaire was used to test this hypothesis on a sample of GUC students who are fetching MBA program at the GUC and at the same currently working.
This questionnaire aimed at exploring the views the students on whether currently they accept appraisal systems or non; and in case they suck up what are their views regarding it.
Analysis of results have supported the hypothesis and indicated the following that all asked students currently have appraisal system in their organizations; which they believe that it can armed service them to provide effective feedback about their work, highlight their points of strengths and weaknesses and finally exhibit them guide line to further improve their performance.
Recommendations and practical implications of results are included.
