Playing The Edge Article Response

Overall, I found this reading quite interesting. What struck me the nearly was how pushing yourself and processing intensity in yoga can postulate ones ability to process negative emotion and pleasure. Im not sure I watch how this would work but Im very fire in the concept because, of course, Id love it if I could let this apply to my life. Another cross between yoga utilization and psychological effects I plan to remember in my yoga practice now is the connection between resisted intensity and pain. Although I dont normally resist intensity having vainglorious up experiencing intensity through dance, I plan to documentation this in mind because I do enjoy the reach and emergency my body to get as much fall out of it and not tense up in pain.
One chore that really caught my attention was We are often more awake of where we arent than of where we are. Not only is this a good excite in yoga teachings but in everything we do In life. pack really take for granted what they have and where they are in life and focus on what they dont have. Its a commonly heard idea but I never would have thought to apply it to yoga.

I didnt understand the paragraph that discussed the idea of the completed or nonsuch posture. I got lost in the point the author was hard to make but I picked up understanding over again in the following paragraph.
