This report evaluates the reasons why the success of Airpork Australian chilled pork in Singapore. In the evaluation, we found the Australian Pork special(a) (APL) successfully intentiond the Brand Strategy and Marketing immix which includes ingathering, place, price, promotion, packaging and processes (6P) to promote their pork. As to differentiate the product, establish the product image and stimulate the interest for the customers, APL used the Marketing colloquy Strategy and further invested an expensive advertising campaign to beef up their pioneer position in the Singapore pork market. In order to step-up their sales in Singapore, we suggest they use the Extension Strategies and Reinforce Brand Image to further increase the market and product sector for the young couple or young people and further improve their image and bulls eye by launching Australian Pork Festival in a timely basis.
