Introduction
When our prefesor ask us to do research paeper and in our line we always talk about leaders and how it is important to obtain a leader in our normal life. I am from background that the leader is a man, even if he dosent has eanght skills noone will care, beccouse that is the normal life stayle in Iraq. I was so able to do this research and now I have more than discipline about how any one will be a good leader? And what are the skills that a leader should have it? I recently looked up in the vocabulary for the definition of leadership. One of them, which captured my attention, pertains to explosives, fireworks and demolition. In that sense I suasion a leader is a fuse causing a rapid ignition, but that is not true. This definition is only assume for military leaders. What about different leadership definitions and qualities? What about the leadership philosophy itself? Do we normally ask ourselves what our personal leadership philosophy is? Do we ring of how we are going to habilitate this philosophy within in the culture, business, politics, religion and etc?



and from this point I found this digrame about what kind of skills that a leader urgency it, I can not talk about all thing, but what I am going to talk in this paper three important point from my view that I think the good leader should to have it and I think all this point in the digram are conincting with each other:1. Responsibility, 2.Teamwork, and 3 Confidences.
Responsibility: first thing I require to talk about it is responsibilities that the leader should have it. Fist from our phonograph recording (in mixed company) telling the leader should have a pull categories of responsibility business requirements and social responsibilities. The book are expline the task responsibilities as Initiate a structure: the leader indentifies issues to be discussed.
