Charter analysis

Introduction
Based on our aggroup charter, Learning Team A is a very diverse group of individuals from from each one one with non-homogeneous backgrounds, skill sets and attributes that leave alone bring us together to lick problems and issues that arise through out our challenges in this course. We started by each doing our individual assessments and then creating a team charter in which we will use to create this paper and explain much about our individual strengths, as well as how we will use them to accomplish our goals and massage through group conflicts and problems.

Though all team members are diverse with contrastive skill sets and attributes we did collaborate well with our strengths and rarely did our weaknesses allow us to skip a beat era completing this assignment. The leadership skills that we book allow us to work independently and efficiently, while still communicating to one another exactly what was take in order for the team to be successful. Each reputation type is different yet strong and falls into nigh form of leadership. We all posses different types of traits of leadership and are each strong in different areas whether it be judgment, decisiveness, tact, creativity, initiative or even basic management.



All of us have the major power to work with others, lead others as well as work independently towards a frequent goal. It is clear that each means of leadership assessment we have, we all have the same common focus of mission accomplishment through teamwork.
Trust
The areas that may have caused stress at times were the differences in work muniment and work environments, which caused some teammates to question the ability of the other members.
